 3-story, world-class art museum in Museum Park, which occupies a waterfront site facing the Seaport of Miami. The Miami landmark, designed by world-famous architects Herzog and deMeuron, provides 200,000 SF of exhibition and program space plus work shops, storage, offices, parking, and other support spaces.

Consultation services provided by our office to the project team included foundation analysis and design, temporary foundation analysis and design, construction administration services, and Threshold Building Inspection which helped to create a successful project.
