Project Overview

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural renovations for the 12-story, 400,000 SF tower. Our scope included a new facade on three elevations, the addition of a large canopy, on-grade ramp and loading area, infill of freight elevators, as well as structural repairs to the existing building.
