King of Prussia Mall Court & Plaza Connector

The King of Prussia Mall is the second largest in the country. O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design of the 155,000 SF elevated connector link building and associated renovations to join the independent Court and Plaza buildings, which were separated by a busy roadway. The new connector building merged the existing structures allowing shoppers to traverse the entire length of the mall without having to exit the facility. The connector expansion also provided space for 70 new retailers, a new dining pavilion, a customer lounge, and a new parking deck. Additionally, O&N has completed extensive renovations and expansions of the mall over the past 30+ years.
