Loews Regency Hotel

Project Overview

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for a facade condition assessment, as well as construction administration services for the 20-story Loews Regency Hotel in New York. The 253 foot high hotel, constructed of reinforced concrete, required a routine facade inspection in accordance with the City of New York DOB requirements for Local Law 11 / FISP.

Additionally, O&N also provided an investigation of the structure to classify the condition of the facade, identify readily visible deficiencies, and to prepare construction documents to repair and improve masonry deficiencies.
