The Moravian

Project Overview

The 7-story, 54,000 SF steel-framed condominium addition was constructed and attached to the rear of the Bookbinder’s building. Bookbinders is a historic structure at the corner of 2nd & Walnut streets that once housed Philadelphia’s oldest seafood restaurant. The addition replaced portions of the existing building which were demolished, and integrated new and existing space to create unique residential condominiums. O’Donnell & Naccarato’s work also included historic facade restoration design and support for a new automobile lift to access new basement parking.
