Project HOME – Francis House of Peace

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for the 9-story, 90,000 SF mixed use affordable housing complex. The precast hollow core plank and metal stud bearing wall structural system supports 94 residential units situated above 2,800 SF of ground-level retail. Amenities include an exercise room, library, administrative offices, and upper floor terraces. Project Home will pursue LEED Silver Certification.
