The complex features a two-story club room with a 30-foot wall of floor to ceiling windows, large screen television viewing areas, and a 24/7 canteen section, as well as a large courtyard, fitness center, outdoor pool, yoga studio, bocce court, and lounging and barbecue areas.

In addition to the residential building, O&N provided structural services for the 4-story, 112,481 SF precast parking structure to house 308 cars.
