Project Overview

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design of the 26-story, 330,000 SF, cast-in-place hi-rise apartment building. The tower houses 322 high-end residential units, 7,200 SF of ground floor retail space, and extensive amenities including a skyline terrace, an indoor/outdoor fitness center, and an elevated dog park terrace.
