O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering, restoration design, and construction administration services for the restoration of three parking garages: The Visitor’s Garage, Doctor’s Garage, and Employee’s Garage. Structural condition assessments were performed to determine the current condition of the garages, followed by a report summarizing findings and providing information on the severity of the deficiencies, the required repair, and an order of magnitude cost.

A field survey of accessible horizontal slab surfaces and representative member sizes was performed, including both visual and physical investigations including sounding on the topside of the horizontal deck surfaces. O&N also prepared an opinion of probable repair costs listing the type of recommended and required repairs, the estimated quantities of repair, and unit costs of repairs.
