111 Presidential Boulevard Garage Restoration

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for the phased restoration of the 2-story parking garage following a condition assessment of the existing 1,095,700 SF, above-and below-grade structure. O’Donnell & Naccarato identified deteriorated areas and developed detailed restoration drawings and specifications. The restoration consisted of precast concrete plank replacement, beam, horizontal, column, and vertical concrete repairs, expansion joint replacement, control joint replacement, and the installation of epoxy waterproof on the new top-level concrete planks.
