Holtec International Krishna P. Singh Technology Campus

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering design of Holtec International’s Krishna P. Singh Technology Campus, which consists of a 500,000 SF manufacturing facility, a 7-story, 160,000 SF office building, and a 150,000 SF warehouse. The office building features a 2-story atrium lobby, meeting spaces, cafes, and an open office concept.

The manufacturing building has four 80-foot bays and one 120-foot bay, as well as several high-capacity cranes, including a dual 200-ton overhead crane with a 75-foot hook height. The ground level of the manufacturing and warehouse buildings required a pile supported structural slab with areas supporting live loads exceeding 2,500 PSF. Specialized foundations and pits were necessary for manufacturing floor equipment unique to the project. The building contains a system test facility, training center, and non-destructive testing laboratory.
