Virtua Health and Wellness Center

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design of the 2- and 3-story, 200,000 SF medical office building and ambulatory care building. The facility includes centers for immediate care and occupational women’s health, child care, diabetes and nutrition, and cardiac rehabilitation, as well as space for PT/OT services, retail, IT, conferencing, fitness, and a cafe, a 3-story clear space for indoor pools, and a 2-story space for an indoor track. The stone-clad “slice” signage feature cantilevers 15 feet above the roof extending out through the front and back main entries of the building.
