Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute

3-story, 45,000 SF medical office facility dedicated to housing Orlando Health’s advanced Neuroscience services. This environmentally conscious structure has been developed in close collaboration with Orlando Health’s Energy and Sustainability Task Force, with the shared goal of achieving a notable 15 percent reduction in energy consumption and maximizing overall building performance.

The facility was planned to accommodate a range of essential medical functions including dedicated spaces for exam rooms, procedure rooms, and strategically designed office areas crafted to support Neurosurgery, Pain Management, Neurology, and a Spine Center. The facility further encompasses an 80-person lecture hall, facilitating educational endeavors and knowledge dissemination within the medical community.
