The first-floor houses multi-specialty clinic spaces, labs and cardiac testing, while the second floor is dedicated to ambulatory surgery, radiology and infusion. The basement includes physical therapy and radiation treatment for oncology patients

Other features include a café and a rehab gym for physical, occupational and speech therapies. Flexible exam rooms are arranged around collaboration zones shared by physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health care professionals to make treatment more cohesive.
