O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design of the 5-story, 172,540 SF student housing facility that is situated on a significantly sloping site. The structure houses 428 beds within 144 apartments of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts. Amenities include a fitness center, study rooms, interior bike storage, and 3 outdoor courtyards.
