Project Overview
O’Donnell & Naccarato performed a comprehensive façade investigation of the clock tower and facade investigation of the Victorian Gothic revival building. The building was built in 1888 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The purpose of the investigation was to observe the general condition of the façade and to identify and record deterioration that requires repair and maintenance. O&N then provided a report that enabled our architectural client to assist the City of Scranton with implementing a repair and maintenance program. Our investigation included rope access techniques to provide up-close investigations of the clock tower masonry.
