The Pod Hotel

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural design of the 11-story, 100,000 SF micro hotel. Space-efficient suites in the slender 252-room tower offer unique queen and bunk bed rooms averaging 170 SF. The structural system is supported on a deep foundation of drilled concrete shafts resting on bedrock.
