15-story, 282,000 SF mixed-use office and retail development with 30,000 SF of retail and 8-story, 785-space parking garage, as well as the renovation of an existing 7-story office building. The Leed Gold Certified structure contains flexible floor plans that allow for optimal space planning, a ground-floor courtyard, high impact wind resistant glass, and a fourth-floor terrace.
Due to the successful response to several design challenges, the parking garage for this project was the featured cover story in the February 2011 isssue of Structural Engineering & Design magazine.
