Space Shop Self Storage North Miami
Miami, FL
O’Donnell & Naccarato provided design, documentation, and construction administration services for the 5-story,124,500 SF self-storage facility. The project incorporated several building functions, including a large interior ground-level parking and loading area, a separate raised dock-level area for tractor-trailers, a retail office, a self-storage space, and an ornamental roof. Bal Harbour Shops Expansion
Bal Harbour, FL
400,000 SF mall expansion project for Bal Habour Shops, originally designed in the 1960s. The expansion nearly doubled the existing mall’s size and included new luxury retail buildings, a new 7-level parking garage, and the renovation of multiple existing buildings. 396 Alhambra Circle
Coral Gables, FL
15-story, 282,000 SF mixed-use office and retail development with 30,000 SF of retail and an 8-story, 785-space parking garage, as well as the renovation of an existing 7-story office building. The Leed Gold Certified structure contains flexible floor plans that allow for optimal space planning, a ground-floor courtyard, high-impact wind-resistant glass, and a fourth-floor terrace. Wood / O’Donnell & Naccarato in the News
The Miami-based engineering firm Douglas Wood Associates, Inc. has merged operations with O’Donnell & Naccarato.
The merger will combine Douglas Wood Associates’ longstanding local Miami relationships with O&N’s vast project experience, significant resources, and national reach to position the firm for continued growth in Florida and beyond. O&N will welcome 23 employees from DWA, which will operate as Wood / O’Donnell & Naccarato. The combined firm will be registered to perform design and restoration services in all 50 states.
