A portion of the ground floor of the facility will be utilized by a YMCA with full workout facilities including a gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, locker rooms, kids play areas and offices. Unique to the eye-catching design is the Airnasium, a covered outdoor basketball court/gymnasium.

A striking architecturally exposed butterfly winged roof with an integral trellis overhang on each side is cantilevered over the main entrance below. Other design elements include a monumental stair from the ground to second floor and a screenwall around rooftop mechanical equipment.
