O’Donnell & Naccarato provided a due diligence structural condition assessment of 4 standalone parking garages in Atlanta, GA with a combined capacity of 5200 spaces, 27 levels, and 1,914,000 SF. Two of the structures are precast, one was cast-in-place pan-joist, and one is a combination of precast and cast-in-place pan-joist. O’Donnell and Naccarato were able to quickly mobilize to the site upon request from our client, perform the assessment of the large parking garages, and provide a report for their use within a 30 day period.
