The National at Old City:

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for 239,000 SF of new, mixed-use construction and adaptive reuse. The residential structures include two, 6-story and one 10-story post tensioned concrete buildings, and two 4-story wood-framed townhouse structures. These components sit atop a 2-level, 200-car below grade mild reinforced concrete parking garage and first floor retail spaces. In all, The National houses 132 condominiums and 28 stacked townhomes.
