Avenue North

O’Donnell & Naccarato provided structural engineering services for the mixed-use residential and entertainment development located adjacent to Temple University’s main campus in North Philadelphia. Avenue North is comprised of two independent structures; a 12-story, 1200-bed student housing facility and a 2-story, 90,000 SF retail and entertainment center, which houses a 7-plex movie theater. Avenue North’s footprint covers nearly two city blocks.
