Penn Medicine Cherry Hill Medical Office Building Conversion

Adaptive reuse of an existing 2-story retail building to create a 150,000 SF medical office building. Renovations included removal of 4,000 SF of the west facade to create a new main entrance with a canopy, removal of floor sections to create a 2-story, 2,000 SF open air atrium, design of structural support to accommodate a linear accelerator and multiple imaging units, analysis to support a new mechanical system, roof and wall penetrations, various stair and MEP infills, and wall framing and loading dock reconfigurations.
